Hello from a new player. Any updates on the FOV slider?

Hi Dear Spartan, yes 😇 it is ready. I have also fixed some minor bugs and added 1 more achievement. I am going to update the game this weekend 👍

That sounds AWESOME! I only had a glimpse into the game so far but from a "first impression" perspective, you're doing an amazing job!

Keep up the good work, keep being awesome and thank you for showing such promptitude, passion and involvement. :Corinthian:

Guys! The Spartan and BadCodeShiba, I have updated the game with a Fov Slider implementation. 🤗 I hope you like it. And guys if you like my indie game, please please make a review on Steam and support me if it is possible 😇

Honestly, the concept behind the game is what initially drew me to it and made me eventually purchase it, but as you'll find out by reading the below message, it is quite unplayable for me as of this moment so leaving a review for now is out of the question.

Now then, I've given the new update a try and while the FOV is much better now when maxed out, I feel like it could still be tweaked a bit to add more to the slider (maybe it's just me but as it is right now, it feels more like a 90 whereas 100-ish would be a more appropriate sweet spot). Three more very welcome additions would be a number for the FOV slider so that we know what we're setting it to, an option to rebind keys (personally, I hate not being able to press F to interact with stuff in games) and maybe the implementation of some separate graphical settings instead of just a preset?

Also (again, this may just be me), I feel like the mouse movement has some sort of smoothing-type effect going on, or some sort of acceleration? If that is the case, an option to enable/disable that would be much appreciated. And is there any way to make the camera go all the way up and down instead of stopping at a 45 degree angle when moving the mouse to look at the sky or ground? And as far as sound goes, I feel like the music volume when transitioning from a neutral stance to a combat pose (when just walking through the village for example) is ok in terms of slowly fading in but when you transition from combat to neutral, the music just ends so abruptly instead of fading out and it takes you out of the experience a bit.

And last but not least, the game still needs A LOT of optimizing since I run it on a Ryzen 5 3600X paired with an RTX 3060 and 32GB of RAM (3200MHz) and even with the game's preset adjusted to "Low", my CPU is being utilized 80% or more, my GPU 40% or less (bottleneck) and my VRAM is at 10GB out of 12GB, with constant dips in frames and an inconsistent frametime which lead to a lot of stutter and lag spikes.
The only way I can actually play the game without all the aforementioned issues is to adjust it to its lowest possible preset, namely "Very Low", because that's when finally both my CPU and GPU are being utilized equally at around 35% while only 4GB of VRAM are being used and the fps dips stop, yet unfortunately even then the frametime inconsistencies persist, leading to a few lag spikes every few seconds, so for now it's rather unplayable for me because, I mean, "Very Low" plus lag spikes? You see where I'm going with this.

Other than that, the potential is certainly there and you're definitely on the right path and when things will start to come together in a more consistent, analytical and satisfactory manner, I will gladly assign the game a positive review. :lunar2020halodragon:

OH, and one last thing:

I noticed that your game was in Early Access for roughly 5 months and has been out as a Full Release for about 3 months, yet I haven't seen any type of roadmap even though there's still work to be done and Patches/Updates are still being released for it.

So is there any type of roadmap anywhere or are you just "taking things as they come" and "going with the flow" without something more or less specific on paper in terms of a potential roadmap-type thing?
