Also are they displaying like this on the main menu and in game?

I'm playing with Italian language (Diary and notes are in english thou), Main menu also display Utitle in all entry and pressing Esc doesn't bring back to the menu I have to force quit on desktop. Should I try changing language?

After changing Language to english, exit the game and back in the diary and notes entries returned to normal. So I guess it's an Issue with Italian language.

That's correct, it was actually an issue with the language files not being saved correctly. We fixed this issue this afternoon though. Check your game and on the title screen underneath the "Whispering Willows" logo it should say a version number. If it says 1.13 it should run correctly and Italian should work! :)

I've updated the game, but the issue still present in italian language, it's not a problem for me cause I can totally play in english, but just letting you know that with 1.13 my issue with diary and notes is still there.

To be specific, the issue itself will present after I've changed the language, and restarted the game, if I just change the language, example from english to italian, text ingame will be in italian, the diary and notes will work, but the text will be in english. After restarted the text Diary and notes will show Utitle.

This bug keeps happening. In this case, in Spanish.
To fix it I had to leave the game, change the language to English and then to Spanish
