When I try to launch the game, I'm getting the error "Unable to initialize OpenGL video driver / Your video card drivers seem not to support the required OpenGL 3.3 version."

I'm running an AMD Radeon RX 6650 XT on Windows 10. I haven't had problems with other games. AMD's software and GPU-Z both confirm I've got OpenGL 4.6.

I don't have any pending updates, I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling my drivers, I've tried a couple of regex-correction tools, and I've tried multiple rounds of restarts and poking around in the BIOS.
