Missing key for second safe in Dead City?
So in Dead City, after you get separated from Bourbon, you enter a multi-story building. There's a safe in a room right by the stairs, and from the videos I've seen there's supposed to be a key on a dead body in an isolated room you gotta jump up through.

However, it seems like that key isn't spawning, which makes it so the safe is impossible to open. Anyone else have this problem?

Haven't ever had this problem. The key is in corpse's hand in the room located right in front of you after you enter the building, next to the elevator. You know it's the right place because of radiation.

Yep, that's where I checked, wasn't there :(.

The only thing I could think of is triggering a checkpoint could despawn it. Before I looked for the key, I went to the top floor of the building (checkpoint), to the ranger stash in the elevator, then back to the first floor to the key.

I'm not entirely sure though.

There is a guide with screenshots, might be in russian but I could get it with the screenshots.

Just did the same thing, it's not there, but I did NOT reach a checkpoint yet. Key is simply not in that guy's hand. Redux version. Sad times :(

EDIT: Ok it IS there, but it was not visable at all. I stared at that spot where the video shows it - was not there. It let me pick it up though by spamming.

Thanks that helped. The key indeed was there on the floor just invisible.

key is not there. Im replaying (i love the game!) on Spartan mode (completed previously on survival). Reloaded chapter etc... - its just not there :\

OK SO - found it. REDUX version. Its not with the corpse. There is an ATM next to the corpse and you can hop up over the ATM and into the room. The room is irradiated so either make it quick or shoot for that achievement
