Game crashes immediately upon loading new game.

as the title says. just bought the game started new game and it loads into the world and immediately crashes every single time. ive uninstalled reinstalled, verified files and even turned graphics settings way down. no luck.

Small changes in navigation tab(deviation now needs to be added by degrees and minutes as you could write 1minute as 10minutes - example 4degrees1min should have been 4,01 not 4,1 )
Added cannons
Fixed game fps dropping to 1fps near ports. (was caused by ships in port shifting in docks due player using fast speed when approaching towns)
Did some changes to weather change system. It was bugged and mostly stayed in clear sky mode
Enabled ambient occlusion

Just one question ...... clouds? (Solved)

Bought this game a few days ago after I saw some YT vids. Saw clouded skies and such but not in my game, are they removed ? 400 hours in Sailwind and looking forward to play this game more.

What's next? What's planned?

I like the sailing mechanics, the sail handling, and the use of halyards and sheets. I think that's very well done. Of course, there are still many things that need to be improved. What really bothers me at the moment, however, is the really poor sound. When is this planned to be improved? Wind sounds that fit the situation Water sounds that fit the situation Sail sounds Crew sounds The creaking and groaning of the rig etc....

snow on the equator on May 8th

I just loaded back my save, after the new patch update. My Frigate is on it's way to India to sell Luxuries and my current cooridnates are W17;7 N5;27 I am basically almost on the equator, just off the coast of West Africa. It is May 8th. There's a storm. It is snowing. The ocean is white. After the storm cleared during the night the norther lights appeared in the sky, again.... WTF...
