It's a great semi-idle, progression game that gives meaningful progress pretty much all the way through the end of the game. The end game challenges are interesting too. Well worth the price.

Hired Wizard smiles and raises her staff. "Well, you aren't alone. I've been doing some Magic Research Too"

Addictive management roguelite game with a gameplay loop that works fairly well. You'll want something like a downscroll-bound left click for the early game, but once you get maybe 10% into the game the gameplay loop really sets in. I'm about 40% done with the game at this point, and by this point it's best played in short bursts after long times afk.

Basically, each run you pick a primary element and go through the game as far as possible to unlock permanent upgrades that carry over to your next run.

Reservations:
-I wouldn't call this an idle game. It's far too involved to be an idle game, and true idle progress (without using the timeskips you get for having the game closed) is much slower than being active.
