Please help me out! I keep uninstalling and downloading the game but it says "Battleplan American Civil War not Responding" What should I do?

Every time I load the game it's fine but when I go to load a battle I get an error that says an unknown error has occurred and it crashes . I'm running a Intel core i3 2.20 ghz . I have updated all my drivers and shut down the in game steam menu . I no longer no what to do I also tried to use the email address provided by the devs but never received a response . Any help appreciated...

As the title says guys, my game is freezing seconds after launch... any ideas?

I've encountered a problem with the game...I know it says I've played seven hours...but that's since July of 2014...the screen is very small and will not maximize...I've uninstalled it and re-installed it dozens of times...and I want to start playing again but I can't...will someone help me...
