There's a game breaking bug when you go and fix the sink in the bathroom. If you open the schematics first, the puzzle is no longer interactive. There are also inconsistencies with what certain items are in some of the hidden object puzzles. IE the flare ammo is a 12 gauge slug & the monkey wrench is not a monkey wrench. The art is awkwardly stretched sometimes and there is a speaker pop when I exit scenes.

Lots of Hidden Object screens, which is nice. But I found many of them to be more tricky than I would like.
Voice acting/dialog is meh but I have low expectations for that in a HOG
Needs fast travel. Way too much back tracking which is tedious without fast travel.
No 'Casual' difficulty. Just Normal and Hard
The pipe puzzle is bugged, forcing you to hit 'Skip' so you won't get 100% achievements if that's your thing.

I recommend this entire trilogy! The story is good and gets better with each game
