I remember the first time I saw this game's concept being advertised on social media and I was immediately hooked. A game where you actually TAKE the dialogue and use it in puzzles? That sounded amazing, and I was not disappointed! I waited months for it to come out and it was really worth it. From the game mechanics, which are so smart and clever, to the game’s visual aesthetic! Although it mixes 2d with 3d (and a bit of puppets here and there) it all fits in so neatly with the warm colors and overall mismatch style, creating this sort of visual harmony. And let’s not forget the characters! Not only the gods, but the people you encounter. They were all so memorable and unique, I got attached to them very quickly.
This game made me laugh out loud more than once and I was always so excited when the realization of what I had to do to complete a puzzle hit me! Really a wonderfully crafted game, you can tell all the love that was put into every environment and every character.
I really recommend it if you’re looking for a fun, chill game with clever puzzles and interesting visuals!
