This is a charming little game. Effective simple storytelling.

If you're new to the horror genre this is a good game to dip your toe in with. The game leans into atmosphere and storytelling over gimmicks and jump-scares. If you've played a lot of horror games, you've been here before. It's a tight experience but you've heard this story and done this climax and gotten this ending in other games (though the execution of those beats is done very well in this game).

Would recommend picking it up on sale. The current price point is too high for what it is unfortunately. I don't want to give it a thumbs down, because it is a good little game and a fun way to spend 2 hours. I'm not going to tell you how to spend your money, but this is a $5 game with a $13 price tag.
