Core Unit
Short Question does this game use "Core Units" that will you take on to next part of the Campaign or did you get "Ressources" at the start of each Part of the Storyline with fixed Units?

There is no such thing, each campaign starts in the different moment of the war so they are not connected one with the other. However units of course gain the experience.
