BUG? - Troops in a defeated allied country are auto-destroyed when annexation takes place
1939 Scenario. Playing as FRA and GB.
Whermacht moves into LC.
FRA moves it armies into the first hexes across the border with LC.
LC armies are squashed. LC cities are taken.
Annex takes place.
FRA armies are removed from map.....

I guess the Nazis found the Lost Ark!!!?!

Kudos for the fast reply....

So no fighting retreat? Seems strange that armies in the field would either not stand their ground or retreat to the nearest friendly territory or if cut-off surrender?

Same thing in "Commander: Great War"

Very strange, nonsensical, ahistorical

Should be changed/fixed
