This game Saved my life. Neptune saved my dog from cancer and caused my bullies at school to stop messing with me. Neptune came out of my phone and told them to leave me alone and then we got married and lived happily ever after and my bullies started getting bullied because they cried when they got yelled at. I also won the lottery and got one Nepbillion dollars but my wife Neptune stole all my money and spent it on cigarettes and pudding. 10/10 ruined my life

Neptunia is a cute moe JRPG where anime girls represent video game consoles and companies. There are lots of references that I found very endearing, but if you don't play many Japanese games, they could go over your head. Either way, it delivers cute girls doing cute things in spades.

The game is grindy, but besides a difficulty spike near the beginning, most of the grind comes from gathering item drops that you use to complete "plans" which unlock new equipment, weapons, costumes, dungeons, and settings to configure game difficulty (such as more EXP or tougher enemies). Once you find the right enemies, it's very easy to become over leveled.

Overall, it's a very casual game.
