When it is first downloaded it opens up fine but it won't reopen after that first time. Steam says its running and its in the task manager but I can't use it. Reinstalling or verifying the game files makes it open one more time then back to the same issue...

Why is Steam allowing stealth installs. Steam is a game launcher. Why do I need this? I can't remove it. There is no "remove from my library" option. I want it gone. How?
