What is/was DLC 10?
I'm taking a closer look at the achievements for the game, searching DLC 10(with and without the space) on the achievements comes up with nothing, the guide I'm using comes up with nothing, but they seem to skip right over the number in both when the achievements before and after say DLC 9 and then DLC 11.

Not every DLC have achievements linked to it, like song and costume DLCs. The 10th was 100% Orange Juice - Suguri & Hime Winter Costumes (https://store.steampowered.com/app/583640/100_Orange_Juice__Suguri__Hime_Winter_Costumes/) for example.

Also in case you're wondering, DLCs 12, 14, and 16 were the voice packs which are no longer available for purchase and never had any achievements tied to them in the first place.
