I've collected all 20 books but i didn't get the achievement. I even scanned all 20 in case and put all 20 in the book return. I don't know what else to do to get the achievement

I've been super confused on this puzzle for a while so I looked up some of the guides and... the information I have on the microfilm is about half of what the walkthrough versions seem to show. I've answered the same questions and burned all three images in, but my version only shows half the information for each puzzle solution.
