Loss of Eggs after restarting...?

I'm playing together with my girlfriend and so far we've collected a total of 8 / 10 Glacial Eggs.
The problem being is that when we first reconnected last night my better half is down on 7 / 10 Glacial Eggs.
Now we logged in today and she is only on 6 / 10 Eggs - meaning she keeps loosing eggs for some unknown reason and I still have 8 / 10...?

Does anybody else have problem with this?

I came back, same save, to my pets having been reset to locked.

I pushed an update 0.1.2.0 that addresses this issue with Egg progress not saving correctly. Thanks for brining it to my attention and hopefully you can continue egg hunting!
