Both this game and Civilization: Beyond Earth are rarely discussed over ten years after release. At the time many were comparing BE unfavourably to both its predecessor and Alpha Centauri. Are there any Civilization mega-fans who put Starships down and want to share why it didn't succeed?...

Played this game for ages and now it won't launch. Reinstalled it and still no go. Anyone else having difficulty?

They will gladly accept your money and offer no solution when it won't run. If you don't believe me read the very very long discussion about issues with the game. It is a blatant ripoff and I am surprised Steam allows this.
