As the title suggests, we have some major news to announce.

Our team has been hard at work on the rest of the game and Act 2 is nearing completion as we speak...

With that said, I'd like to announce that our game is being featured in the Dames 4 Games showcase on Thursday, October 24th at 11:30 PDT, which is ALSO our release date for ACT 2!

(The showcase will be streamed live on IGN's Youtube page here: https://www.youtube.com/@IGN)

On top of that, our game will be included in their Steam event, Ghouls 4 Games, which runs from October 21st - 31st.

I hope you're excited to see the rest of Tabbie's misadventures as much as we're excited to show you what we've been cooking up since Act 1!

Update time: Our progress on the game has never stopped, but we've realized that the cool things we want to put in the game are going to take a little longer to implement than we originally planned (when has game development ever been that easy?)

For context: We're breaching 300 sprites alone for Act 3, and the combined word count of the last two acts is sitting at ~60K words(!)

And that's stuff we're already finished with!

So, to make sure our team is getting to the finish line sustainably, we're rearranging our release dates around. But our promise to release TMGIAB in full remains the same!

Steam Next Fest is officially live, and with it the release of our polished This Magical Girl is a B⭐tch demo!! 🎉

We've implemented Steam Achievements, fixed some pacing issues, and best of all, we included a new secret ending, ooooh~ (It's nothing major lol, but it's fun!)
