For Windows: If you go into the folder for the game you can right click "DU2.exe" and hit "Properties", then click on the "Compatability" tab. At the bottom click the button that says "Change high DPI settings". In the window that pops up click the checkbox at the bottom for "Override high DPI scaling behavior". Then make sure the dropdown is set to "Application".
This will make the application scale itself, and thus it won't do the weird offset when rendering on screens bigger than 1920x1080 or using scaling bigger than 100%.
Only downside is that if you're on a huge res screen the highest resolution you can pick is 1920x1080 and might appear too small if you use windowed mode.
