According to developers, this achievement is granted for hiring people corresponding to Application Systems Heidelberg crew from the credits screen. These people are:
- Volker Ritzhaupt
- Alexander Henn
- Alison Dodd
- Antoine de Bengy
- Chris Wray
- Darren Dredge
- Nicole Mohr
- Oliver Buchmann

At the moment, I've got these hunters:
- Volker Ritzhaupt ==> Walter Slithead. That one's easy, as it's the same dude as from the portrait of this achievement. Additionally Volker ==> Walter and probably Ritzhaupt somehow translates into Slithead (well, at least "Haupt" means "head").
- Alexander Henn ==> Alex Ostrich. The name "matches". The surname: Henn -> Hen -> Ostrich. Fair enough it seems.
- Darren Dredge ==> Darren Dredgenaught. Obvious.
- Oliver Buchmann ==> Oliver Bookman. Name matches, "Buch" -> book, "Mann" -> man.

I'm not certain about these two:
- Antoine de Bengy ==> Antoine Lehunt. Basically only name matches (or I'm unable to properly translate the surnames) and I haven't found any better candidate. The confusing thing is that I've got TWO of these guys - one white, one black.
- Chris Wray ==> Christian Breitenstein. As above: name somewhat matches and no better candidate seen.

I'm at a complete loss with the last two:
- Alison Dodd ==> ???. Melissa perhaps, due to similarity of "sound" between "Alison" and "Melissa"?
- Nicole Mohr ==> ???.

Any hints or corrections on my matching of real names to in-game names? Is the double "Antoine Lehunt" guy a bug or feature?
