This is an error caused by too many frames being generated, you definitely have this option enabled in your drivers. The game works perfectly with the native refresh rate of the monitor. Because if it displays more frames, then there is this error. Disabling the frame generator in the drivers should help

Thanks to your reply I fond the solution :D I simply went and change the refresh rate of my monitor from 240hz to 60 hz :D and got the achievement on the first try

I used my arcade stick and set my X button to turbo.
