The game won't start, it keeps looping the start video page

I can't even see the menu—it just loops the intro video. Reinstalling didn't help. Is this a Unity problem or an issue with the developers? It's an FMV game; why do I have to write about this in the discussions? Is this a public alpha? I can only see the label: 'Configuration Check' in Chinese...

Customized Girlfriend - you have a robot girl delivered to your doorstep, and you chanced to meet a girl from an idol group - life's about to get interesting for you. Lucky for you, the right choices aren't so hard to make. But still choose the "wrong" choices to see where they lead (many many ways to end the game make keep it interesting). Also, it's a dating sim, but it's not so stressful as "love is all around" for example, since there's only two beauties (as of yet) to chase.
