Switching between cops is not working

I'm playing on a Mac (Yosemite) and the game works fine but for one thing. I can't switch between the cops in a mission. It works in the tutorial level, but then in level 1 and 2 the R key doesn't do anything. Is this a bug?

Thanks for posting the issue, we appreciate this must be frustrating and we're looking into it.

In the meantime, would you mind posting what spec mac and operating systems you have?
Also, on loading the game, would you check what keys the change cop is bound to in the loading pop up box?

The key is 'R'. The specs for my Mac are: 13" Macbook Pro (late 2013), 2,4 GHz i5, 8GB RAM. The OS is Yosemite (10.10.3).

I have the same problem, I have a PC.

Edit:

I have worked out by assigning a secondary key to change between cops

The game is great ;-)

I have the same problem. I am on a PC as well. This issue is present with both my xbox 360 controller and the keyboard. I have never changed things from the default key settings. The switch button worked on the academy level but not after that. Switch is set on pop up as R for kb and yellow button for gamepad.

just tested the game for a few minutes, had the same issue outside of the tutorial, will give the "secondary key binding" a try!

Win Vista 64 Professional, i5 CPU 2.67GHz x 4; 8gb ram, Nvidia Geforce GTX 570.

This might be an issue stemming from the tutorial itself. I played for the first time this morning and started with the tut - R key didn't work afterward. Started a new game tonight (re-launched software) and went straight into mission 1 without the tut and R key is fine... Didn't modify a thing.

OSX 10.9.5 2.8 GHz i7 8GB RAM late 2009 iMac

Don't know if related to tutorial or not but when starting the game for the first time and making the tutorial, afterwards in the missions, the "R" key didn't work for me, too. Restarting the game fixed it now.

Same here, still not working. Neither with controller nor keyboard.

delete game and reinstall. dont play tutorial.

The 'Y' button on my wired Xbox 360 controller isn't switching cops. MacBook Pro, OS X 10.11.1, 2.7 GHz Intel Core i7, 8 GB, Intel HD Graphics 4000 / NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M
