How do I redeem my code for AHAP

I just finished launching into space in OHOL and I made sure to save the code I got. However, I'm not sure how to use the code to get access to the game.

Waiting to be born

Someone else in one hour one life told me that he tried to play AHAP recently but the 'waiting to be born' screen would not go away. I went on and had the same problem. I left the game maybe a week and still have this problem so I'm just making sure Jason is aware....
