Why should anyone choose this software over any other major audio software? What's unique to this software? What is better, what is worse? How does it differ from the rest? Also, I can tell straight away that the interface looks horrible like something out of the 90's. Maybe it will be easy for the beginners to understand but sacrificing details just to make things more simple for a rookie audience kind of limits how effective and detailed you can work with the software....

Ive been having this trouble for quite a while. When i first purchased Sound Forge it would not work due to my not having the the net framework thingy. once i upgrade to windows 10 it worked. Then after another dilemma with another installation, Sound forge no longer works. Missing executable. Ive done everything Steam suggests in its Missing Executable thread and then some. It verifies as clean. i dont get it....

This is currently my biggest hurdle to adapting a workflow which makes Samplitude as a DAW replacement. It is not possible to use the Steam versions of SoundForge and Samplitude Music Studio at the same time. It is only one or the other... Please correct this......

Anyone have any idea on how to get Sound Forge to install.
