This does not really affect me since I already own the game, but when I try to go to the store page it tells me that the game is not available in my region. As stated here: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/groups/steamworks/announcements/detail/4678768276768588864 all games on Steam without an age rating are no longer available in the store for users from Germany....

Hard to say for certain but after having looked into the game's SteamDB pages, it's update history, and the frequency of engagement over time with people who played the game and wanted to say something about it in these here discussion forums, the hard cut-off of 2022 seems to line up with this (https://steamdb.info/app/277870/history/?changeid=18987327) update that happened around May 30, 2023.
