I, Vladimir de la Ligne, return once more dragged out of my crypt not by honor or duty, but by your incessantly feedback. Yes, I read it all. Even the messages in Uppercase . Even the ones written by half-asleep thralls who still don’t know what a tooltip is.
Yet, your feedback did carry enough merit to warrant a few… adjustments. So be it.

Fixed:

• Bitbox Prestige button is now properly sized with no more engorged UI elements. It has been... trimmed.
  
• Credits menu shall now display as it should. Apparently, some mortals want to know who is behind their torment. How adorable.

Added:

• Tooltips of clarity: You shall now see a message when a drink can’t be added to the basket.

Changed:

• Camera speed is now zoom-proportional. The further your undead gaze, the swifter you may soar
  
• Max zoom increased in the latest maps. You demanded vision. I granted it. Don't blame me if you spot horrors you weren't ready for.

This patch, like all others, was born from your whispers, screams, and well-phrased bug reports. We hear you. Always. Especially at night. Your whispers have reached my ears, and this time… I found them worthy. Yes, even the undead can be persuaded... when the offering is rich enough!

• It appears that some of you fragile mortals... ahem customers... were struggling to find your place in the world… specifically, in rooms that didn’t match their impeccable human taste. How quaint. Fortunately for them (and for our blood profits), humans will now prefer rooms and tables that match their style. Yes, even cattle have preferences.
  
• And because no two vampires stalk alike, we have finally offered a Left-Handed Mode. You may now invert mouse controls in the Playability menu: your sinister paws shall be properly honored!

Oh, and a small mercy worth noting... the flood of Elder feedback has been reduced. I have silenced some of my peers. Not with violence (this time), but with a most ancient technique: disabling their mic permissions. You're welcome.

Now, onto the ritualistic scroll of changes:

Fixed:

• Elders no longer spawn their feedback bubbles every 5 seconds. Blessed silence at last.

Added:

• Invert Mouse Control in Playability menu (Works across UI, furniture placement/rotation, construction, selection, assignation menu... basically everything)
  
• Prestige tutorial mission now includes a glorious visual animation (because you children need sparkles to stay focused).
  
• Human customers now prefer rooms matching their theme when searching for a table.
  
• Human customers also prefer tables matching their style. Finally, the décor snobs are satisfied.

• Wall furniture now properly plays its placement animation.
  
• Switching from Free Mode to Story Mode no longer unlocks all themes.
  
• Right-click body disposal now works consistently.
  
• Floor tiles now spawn correctly when loading a save.

Tonight, I interrupt your frantic furniture placing and body disposal to bestow upon you some... refinements. Minor, perhaps, to your mortal eyes. But to us, such details are the difference between immortality and mediocrity.

And speaking of aging—our dear CEO turns another year older this very day. Yes, the mortal who dared summon me, Vladimir de la Ligne, back into this sordid era of TikToks and takeaways. Be sure to offer him your coldest regards... preferably with a candlelit glass of Type O+.

• I adjusted the lighting in the Selection Map. A vampire must be able to choose their domain in appropriate gloom.
  
• The map’s popups shall now bow to all screen resolutions. No more hiding behind your wretched ultrawide monitors.
  
• Reduced stuttering caused by long ambient sounds and music loading. A smoother experience... at the cost of your storage. A fair trade, wouldn’t you say?

We still face a few particularly stubborn bugs that resist even the finest ancient curses. So this week, our devoted coding minions have upgraded the in-game bug report system, allowing it to send us more precise information about what unholy steps lead to these digital plagues. Please keep using it! Every report brings us one step closer to exterminating them, and perhaps we shall one day know peace... or at least fewer crashes.

On the content front, one of our talented minions from the art crypt has begun improving the Blood Extraction Machines. Soon, each upgrade will come with its own visual flourish, a delightful reminder that even horror can be beautiful.

We're also preparing a grand refinement of the tech tree. It will be deeper, darker, and full of features we believe you’ll adore. This, of course, takes time. But we are vampires, my dear… time is merely an hors d'œuvre.

In the meantime, we did squeeze in a few choice fixes, based on your precious feedback. Yes, we are listening. Always.

Fixes:

• A mission no longer loses its memory after loading a save. It now behaves with proper undead determination.
  
• Fridges are no longer unlocked prematurely. Patience—cold blood must be earned.
  
• Blood Machines and Detention Cells shall not appear before their destined moment in Level 2.
  
• Selecting Hunters and Investigators now works as intended. No more ghost clicks.
