controller doesn't work with the game?

there's controller mapping in the settings but when i turn on the controller it doesn't seem to work except for the start button. it's not all the games, just this one. anyone have any info on this?

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your controller. Can you confirm the following:

. Make and model of the controller you are using
. If you are using it wired or wireless
. What USB devices you have plugged in
