When chasing Omisha at Central Plaza, I cannot follow her. Because it seems I have to to call a titan at the left edge. But I only collected 4/5 anomalies.
I am sure that I recognized 1 anomaly did not count after collecting it.
I walked through the whole scene again and did not find any anomaly that would be accessible. There are two anomalies in some lower sections that seem not to be reached without opening a door with a security card that I do not own yet (I think you will get it from Omisha when you find her)

There is just one saving slot in this game, so I cannot go back to collect the anomalies once again.

Has anyone had the same problem or does know a solution?

I watched a playthrough already and all the places where the 5 anomalies are located have been visited by my already. And whe I go back there I cannot see an anomaly anymore.

I fear I have to restart fro mthe very beginning, which is very annoying. And I have the fear that there might be more of this bugs that could force me to restart then again.
