I just bought this game recently and I've made two different characters so far, each got stuck at level 11. I still earn exp but the next level exp number doesn't change. Any way to fix this?

i got -1500 mana permantely + Slowed in hardcore, i dced during a fight and had 2 debuffs on me, now it's permanentely used for my character, any way to fix that ? I don't see any debuff

I can't seem to access the console, working with the steam version and the UK keyboard. I know I should be pressing ctrl, shift and the uk version of the tilde key, but nothing happens. Been hammering diferent key combos for a while now - does anyone know if the console just isn't enabled on steam, and if so can i enable it somewhere?...

My main quest is to kill a boss in level 26 of Durantia. I already did Typhoon's main quest which was a boss on level 28. My game is in hardcore mode. I'm level 42, yes the boss was hard and took me 30 minutes lol, but the problem is that in Durantia, the level 24 doesn't have a staircase going down! It only has a staircase going up (red marker in map strangely). What do I do?...
