I often encounter that Fritz seem to hang up. For example during an analysis the game simply stops calculating and nothing more happens. A moment agoo same thing during a game. When Fritz was supposed to make a move everything stopped. This now happens very often and makes the game unplayable. I use Win 7 64 bit and play with 2D board....

I'm very disappointed. I've bought a car without an engine. Where are my chess engines? How do I fix this? I'm a chessplayer not a programmer! Fritz 12, Chessmaster works from the start, but this... I feel cheated. So many bugs: go to chessbase and enter you key, load files, videos missing... Shame. I've lost some money!...

Do you have to pay to play online? Suppose I bought this game for myself and my son. Would we have to pay a subscription just for us to play together?
