I waited weeks to play this brilliant game, but when I exited the military area in the tutorial (which was running normally), the entire city was flashing with areas covered by a black screen and with only a few pixels of the city showing, with only the NPCs visible, making the game unplayable... Does anyone know a solution?

Note: I have an Rx550 4gb with an I5 3470 and 8gb of ram.
