Teddy Roosevelt joins the roster as a playable character!

Thank you to everyone who voted in the latest poll, which strongly indicated that the people wanted a new character. Unfortunately for Nixon-bros, it was not Nixon.

Due to popular demand, the game now supports up to four players in a lobby. To enable this, Abraham Lincoln has been emancipated – he is now free. Just in time for Juneteenth.

As the game goes on, you may notice weak enemies being replaced by more powerful, smarter enemies. This will significantly increase the difficulty of higher rounds. You'll have to use your brain now instead of just jumping around in circles!

You can now level up your character by receiving XP at the end of games. At level 5, you have reached the maximum "golden" level for that character, and you'll unlock their golden skin

1. The Oval Office door now heals some health at the start of every round.

2. Characters in the lobby will no longer be lifeless husks. They will now blurt out annoying voicelines while waiting.

3. Greenbacks can now be used to purchase some skins. Every character now has an On the Money skin which is meant for players who have leftover Greenbacks but nothing to purchase. Additionally, the Pho-bama and Plump skins are purchase-able for a small amount. 

4. Trump rework - Our statistics show that Trump is the bigliest character. At the same time, he felt clunky to play in some ways. As a compromise, Trump has been nerfed in exchange for some quality of life changes.

   • Nerfed "a small loan" from $5000 → $3000

   • Slight damage nerfs to COVID-19

   • Decreased maximum number of walls from 6 → 4

   • Trump's AR-15 now fires in three-round bursts

   • Trump's MAGA meter now accumulates with weapon accuracy rather than weapon damage. This makes his ultimate easier to accumulate in the early game, but harder to accumulate in the late game.

5. Overall nerf to dollar drops - enemies will drop 16% less dollars 

6. New icons for deployables - no more disgusting icons made in Microsoft Paint!

7. New achievements

Unfortunately, this will likely be the last major patch for this game because other projects have caught my attention.

I will forever be grateful to those that enjoyed the game and provided feedback. This was my first ever multiplayer game, so I am thankful that it got some attention and didn't die as soon as it was published. I really enjoyed developing it, but dwelling on it when other ideas are floating in my head is a waste of time. Maybe the presidents will return one day in a future spinoff :D
