Game stutters when i look around too fast

If i look more than 1 degree/s in any direction the game will freeze for a second over and over again until i stop moving my mouse. If i look around VERY VERY slowly there is no stuttering. Any known fix?

Every other game is fine and I've messed with almost every video setting to no avail.

Thank you for helping, but I've already resolved the issue.
I had to reduce my mouse polling rate. Its usually 1000Hz but when I play depth I need to reduce it to 500Hz.
