-Fixed an issue that could cause unplayable challenges to be left in the Battle Chains browser indefinitely.
-When uploading a Battle Chains game to the global list, you can now choose how many players can complete your challenge before it is removed from the list. (Previously, this was always 1)
-A Perk Respec button has been added to the perk display in the Armory. Using this reduces your level by 1 but resets all your perk choices.
-Fixed a bug that caused poor performance in the main menu on certain systems.

We have made a few changes to improve the experience for new users a bit.

-Simplified the tutorials
-Players now start with the second weapon slot and air to air missiles

Four new stages with randomly generated enemy waves are now available! These stages can be played in Skirmish (single and co-op), Versus, and Battle Chains modes. In competitive modes both players get the same layout to maintain fairness.

Bug Fixes
-Fixed an issue with the bosses of stages 3 and 13 that could cause them to fire at the wrong location in certain situations
-Fixed an issue in stage 15 in co-op where the second player would start out on top of the first player
-Improved control of the end-of-stage menu when using keyboard controls
-In the Armory, when using gamepad or keyboard controls you can now move through the ship equipment slots sequentially using the up or down keys instead of the previous context sensitive positioning that was hard to use
-Improved messaging when attempting to enter the Campaign after the +2 loop (the maximum) has been completed
-Fixed a very rare case where an achievement wouldn't be unlocked correctly

-Fixed a bug that caused connections via the game browser to not use NAT tunneling
-Friend invites and join via presence from the Steam overlay should now work correctly even when the player's game is set to private
-Join by IP now accepts hostnames. NOTE: You need to open/forward the game port (7777) on your router to use Join by IP successfully
-Fixed the Bullet Spinner targeting player-owned turrets and drones
-Fixed incorrect damage value listed for the Jackal Swarmers (gameplay value was correct)
-Fixed an issue in +1/+2 mode of Boss Attack 4 where the third boss might appear early and might scroll offscreen without being destroyed
-Fixed some cases in co-op where a player ship descent or rise would not be applied to the second player if the first player currently had a Mirror Me powerup

-Switched initialization code for PhysX to minimize issues a few people were having and improved instructions when an error occurs
-Fixed some display issues when the Dynamic Lights setting is disabled
-Fixed issues with controllers in splitscreen when one controller is a newer XInput controller and one is an older DirectInput controller
-Fixed the Turret Pods not attacking or hitting some buildings correctly

Laser Guided Games announced the upcoming release of Revolution Ace, a top-down shooter with classic gameplay, modern accessibility, and unique multiplayer where you fight a wide variety of air, land, and sea enemies with a customizable loadout of more than 20 weapons. Players level up to unlock more weapon slots and perks that add additional passive bonuses like piercing and shield stealing.

“After almost ten years of triple-A game development I wanted to do something on a smaller scale - more flexibility, more focus on the 'game' part, more opportunity to interact with and react to the community. I think players will find Revolution Ace to be a fun mix of past, present, and unique mechanics and I look forward to its impending release,” said Matt Oelfke, Founder of Laser Guided Games.

Versus mode features two players competing side by side on their own field with various ways to affect the other player. Send additional enemies and hazards, make ships invisible or invulnerable and more to disrupt your rival and get the higher score.

Battle Chains mode lets you play through a level then save it for the next player who has to fight through the extra hazards you've created. Upload globally or send to a specific friend to compete against and respond in turn; each additional link forged in the chain will be tougher than the last.

Local and online two player co-op expands the playable area with more enemies and modified attack patterns.

Co-op and "Live" versus are PC exclusive - Battle Chains is available on all platforms and playable cross-platform.

Revolution Ace is planned for a March 2014 release on Steam (PC) and iOS.
