Played SSX like many people interested by this game and it’s really the closest thing you could have, the overall feeling when you play and get used to the controls it feels incredibly familiar like you « forgot » games like these could exist and why on earth EA hasn’t revived the license.

Support this game if you have just an ounce of interest for this kind of games, we need to bring back Arcady sports games especially one that is like SSX and dearly missed.

Early Access is recent and there is clearly a lot more to come but having such a good fondation is to me the reason you should buy it even now, there will be more content and mod support in the future, for a game like that it means pretty much infinite content once it gets possible and multiplayer is gonna be amazing too !

For 7€ it’s absolutely a steal if you know how much replayability these games have (even with two maps at the moment), the dev is really active with the community and clearly knows what SSX felt and played like, in my opinion it’s the most important since games in the genre of sports tends to focus more on the realistic aspect rather than the fun you have playing them.

100% must buy !

Gameplay wise, it's incredibly made, it's smooth and responsive, arcady as hell, I feel so much in a SSX game that I use the same output on my gamepad!

Content is short for now (bought day one, review will change), 2 circuits, 2 riders. The 2 available circuits are well made. The first is simple if you don't go off-piste. The second one is beautiful, really wacky and SSX-core.

The roadmap is already published, and I can already say that, if everything goes well for the devs, the game etc.. Tricky Madness IS the next SSX! Well done!

its kind of just a demo right now but this is the most fun i have personally had with a snowboarding game since ssx2012 and i really liked ssx2012 <3.
also, pls make the campaign coop!

there's a good foundation here and you should definitely fund its e-a period if you're eyeing it.

I don't usually write reviews. But I feel compelled to recommend what I think its a very promising project in a not very popular genre.

The controls and the arcade feeling are spot-on, the trick system is robust, and although the available EA content is very limited at launch, for the price totally worth supporting the devs. They already have the core mechanics, with some polish on the animations, audiovisuals and content; this has the potential to become a great game,

The game is really early in development but looks really promising. I've been following the progress on the official Discord and am hopeful for the future. If you're willing to put up with the game being rough around the edges and very low on content go ahead and buy it now. If not, definitely come back later when there's more meat on the bones.

This is a great start, there are so few ssx style games these days, but Tricky Madness could be all we need! It's early access so, not much to do as of yet, and the came could do with a tiny bit of polish, but Apart from that it's a really promising start! And cheap as chips too!!

Addicting and fun SSX tricky game, can't wait to have more maps.

If you like arcade snowboarding games 100% recommending to pick this one up, isn't too punishing for mistakes but still enough to snatch those higher medal scores from you.

Very nice bones to build around.

My biggest gripe the boost mechanic.
I understand you get a boost after landing a trick, but that feels inconsistent to an average player.
Whereas a manual boost with a boost bar would allow players to get a big air or just that much faster in a race.
