Figure this out. Basically, for big foes, you need to get the damaged cast by necrosis to be 100 or over 100. And it can die when the damaged given by necrosis is 100 or over 100 but not before. And not be killed by anything else but necrosis. Other effects (fire, bleeding should be fine but to be sure make sure not to have those effects).
