Cutscenes not playing
Hi,

I just purchased and installed FS2. Intially, the game wouldn't start. But I followed the instructions on adding the registry changes, and the game runs now. However, the cutscenes don't work. When I try to run the cutscenes from the library in the game, the screen freezes for a few seconds and then unfreezes but cutscene doesn't play.

Can anyone help me please?

I am running FS2 on an Intel Core i5 (first generation), 8GB RAM, Intel HD graphics.

Yeah you got to do a lot of registry changes and stuff. That's like, a lot of work and stuff. So you know it should work because it is a lot of work.

You know what else is a lot of work? Re-making the entire engine from scratch to work on modern windows so that it also has cutscenes working. If that is a lot of work now suddenly we have to call it a virus, because you know that's how they get you. So under no circumstances install some sort of source port.

Every other game has source ports but not FS2, because, reasons. Just try to make your own source port by doing registry edits but if someone else does it would then automatically have to be a virus because internet.
