I have an ultrawide 3440x1440 monitor. While the game does start, the fonts are way too small to be legible. Is there an official way to run this game on modern displays? Or do I just switch it to 1080p and have the gfx card scale it up?

Hi there, dev here. Apparently the last thread with this title was deleted because the OP of that thread was tired of getting messages from it, which is understandable. Since that doesn't bother me, I figured I would give you guys a thread to discuss it in that won't get deleted. My first arcen game completed, at max difficulty no less. I'd love to gush about how my game went, as well as give a general outline for others to try it. I've played blind so I'm not sure how popular this strat is. My biggest issue so far has been managing early aggression. Burlust warmongering and Thoraxian people-eating were major frustrations as the war process can be a bit hard to predict outside of "strong attack weak". Dog-piling is also very common as a loser in a war becomes a target for everyone...

I've realized what I love so much about this game: The main goal isn't universe domination it's peace. Whenever I play these strategy games (civ 4, gal civ, stellaris, X series, etc etc) My favorite goal to try and accomplish is to have everyone get along.
