Literally 15 seconds into the first level (backrooms) I fell out of bounds. And it wasn't even hard, I literally turned right and went straight down the hall to the end. It's impossible to miss if anyone had played the game before release. Upon further investigation, the entire right wall is set about 6 inches too far out, every single open space on that wall lets you fall OOB.
