I was just wondering if anyone even played this early version of the game anymore

I mean really this is such a great parody to Flatout 2 and its stunts in that game why was this never added to Wreckfest? I feel like this is the one thing Wreckfest is really missing because it was such a beloved feature in Flatout 2 and I want it to come back in some way. Hello, This game says its in my Library, however i cant find it. How do i find it? Do i even own this game? When i click the link to the steam store, it goes to the store homepage. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
