Enjoyable little point-and-click. Very easy, but well-crafted and super cozy.

I played this because I came across it's sequel Tangled Tower and I loved it. This is a very cute little game, pretty short. Really enjoyed it though. Has a wonderful sense of humour. Gorgeous soundtrack.

Yeah, this is a very charming detective game.
It's got all the classics - fun characters and dialogue, neat mystery surrounding the marhses and some simple enough minigames to shake up the point and click gameplay.
The mechanics used for solving the mystery are nice, reminded me a bit of "Oh...Sir!! The Insult Simulator" which made me chuckle. Grimoire makes for fun protagonist - a fun mix of doofus and serious mystery solver, kinda Scooby Doo Mystery Inc vibe. I also quite like the artstyle for the game - character designs, the colours - all vibes with me.
If I have one complaint it would be that mystery of murder was very easy to figure out rather soon in the game, albeit that still left some nice mystery of swamp itself.
So yeah, fun game, a recommendations for any fans of point and click or mystery games.
