Might not be a ton of pple, but some will check out new islands! I´m still subbed to this discussion for example :)

Ok well if its a passion I would build the islands to create images for the imagination, maybe instead of using it for the game you create a comic strip and tell a story about what happened on the island or create a cool video journey that you can share on Youtube. Not sure if there is a way to port the island for use in a new game, wish there was,

I swear I read one of the community mods or devs mention in a discussion post a month ago they were going to allow you to export them somehow. Take that with a huge grain of salt though, I could be remembering that wrong.

- bring joy to those who like to explore islands
- have fun creating
- use it as a 3D modeler for other projects
- keep editing skills honed until the next IC release

Hey, I'm the developer of the Island Creator and I'm currently working on doing some updates in my spare time outside of Bossa, just some house keeping at first, upgrading the engine and a few little nice things. But I do hope I can keep supporting it on some level as I really have loved seeing the things people create and would like those that want to, to still have a tool they can enjoy using. Keep your eyes peeled in the next couple of weeks for the first update of hopefully many more :)

Any chance of making it co-op-able?
(I know that wouldn´t exactly be a "little thing", but one can dream... and ask :P)

Maybe put the islands in instances (per computer or server) so that if you want people to be with you, you could, or just go it alone on islands you already downloaded offline. It could be a hard work around to SpatialOS, but stringing two instances together would do something similar like in WA

I just stumbled over this thread. Why can't we have a "Island Hopper" Game. I loved to explore other peoples riddles and sneaky passages. I miss that so much!

I loved the islands that you could explore and find all the hidden cafes, I haven't found a game that filled the void left by WA, I still can't find a similar game and I wish I had paid servers for this game

yeah well, what can you do... in case u wanna give Conan another try, add me, I just started a pve server a week ago (at least they let us host our own :P)

There are people who still give me hope to be able to relive a trip through the skies and I hope this project continues I discovered it a short time ago and I remembered when I created my ships in WA, I hope this is a reason for you to continue creating your islands ...
