Dungeon Lords Steam Edition Patch #2

FIXED: Multiplayer client climb and ladder-climb issues, specifically, corrections to update the client in the object list and the client's collision base according to new client position data while climbing.

FIXED: Multiplayer client disarm/bash chest could previously result in character "freeze" when setting off a trap, preventing any further actions by the client player. This could occur when player mode went out of synch between host and client if the character was on fire when leaving the Disarm UI.

REVISED FIX: Additional fix to correct mode assignment for DEAD STATIC monsters in savegames where incorrect mode was applied and subsequently saved.
