Help with progressin the story

I'm reaching december 7 when you have your first choice and no matter what I choose, at the end of the day after Reiji and Yukari have their talk about sending New Year cards I get the credits. Did I do something before like choosing the wrong clue before the story of 1920 or is a secret path or am I that blind that I miss a choice? All I need is someone to tell me if there is something to do before the timeskip to 1920 or some clue I'm missing. If possible not telling spoilers or at least minor ones...

One hell of a twisted story but by far the most hooked in i've been with a visual novel. Can't wait for part 3.

Ps : same as part 1, please get the uncensored patch as it seriously give you the full experience as it was meant to be read.
