I was playing a campaign yesterday. Today, I start the game, click single player (game then displays submenu), I click campaign and nothing happens. Skirmish, Daily Challenge, and Infinite Maps all load the next submenu. Clicking campaign makes the correct sound, and the button flickers correctly and makes the correct click sound, but no submenus....
