Are you running mods?

Are you using an existing profile or a new one? If existing, try a new profile first, no mods, no setup, just be on the first quick job mission.

It turned out the convoy was 'local' and I got no convoys because no one in my country was playing. Solved it by using a VPN. Thanks for your reply!

Yes, server convoys are local. You will only get people with servers close to you like in your own country or countries close to yours.

I'm in Australia so I get other Aussie and New Zealand servers showing up. Aussie and New Zealanders can connect with each other.

I can't join any convoy, and can't nobody can join mine. Tried on my main TruckersMP profile, tried on a brand new profile, etc.

TruckersMP is a Mod. Mods aren't allowed in Convoy mode at the moment. Mod compatability will be added in a later update.

Someone discovered that Convoy MP relies on the "Download Region" you set in Steam. So, make sure you have yours set to the correct part of the world.

Steam - Settings - Downloads
Set "Download Region" to an appropriate region for you.
Click OK

Think you mean can't join or host a convoy?

I see a bunch of convoy sessions on mine but I can't join any of them because most of them require you to have the same mods or they have there session locked out with a password I never find any in the green where I can use my own mods so in that case multiplayer is pretty much useless

Especially with mods, Convoy mode is designed more as a way to play together with friends, not a mass online game with randoms. The map is so large that unless you are specifically doing something with the other players, you will almost never see them. I start convoys with a password or set to friends only so that I can play with friends without dealing with random players who may decide to make trouble.
