Internet Connection
Just an inquiry really. I live in "Very Rural" Australia and internet is not the best. Just connected Starlink a few weeks ago and all my god the games I play now have have crystal clear graphics, I play with internet connected.
Just wondering if the internet speed has anything to do with the improved graphics quality, before Starlink my games were good but not this great, play with same PC.

Not for this game. This game can be played offline.

Yes, if you play the game through GForce Now subscription, or any similar gaming service that provides virtual streaming gameplay.

In general, I find that my games perform better when I turn off my Internet connection, only because computers nowadays waste a lot of resources trying to phone home with various "features" in Windows being essentially spyware (that might be a conspiracy theory on my part but the performance boost is real.)

I haven't tested this to any great degree on ATS or ETS2 though because I've got them connected to World of Trucks and need that connection for it.
