I just got through playing and I thought, "There isn't a thread for those pics that catch our eye here or are just funny." So I decided to make one cause I'm tired and I'm in that state of mind. I would like to share this and what I believe is the true backstory to this picture.

Dowling- "We begin with breaking news from El Centro this morning, where we are learning of the tragic death of a video game icon, our Lisa Wong is on the scene with the details, Lisa?"

Lisa- "Good morning Charlie and Allison. I'm out here north of El Centro at the scene of a tragic accident that has claimed the life of a motorist. The CHP has confirmed that the driver of the ice cream truck was in fact legendary video game character Sweet Tooth, real name Marcus "Needles" Kane, who they say was killed on impact when the green Jeep Wrangler lost control making a turn on the northbound lane. Preliminary reports say the accelerator got stuck and the driver panicked, T Boning the ice cream truck, killing Mr. Kane immediately. As you know, Mr. Kane rost to prominence in 1998 with his appearance in the Twisted Metal racing circuit, as well as winning 3 championships in the Hot Shots Golf tournament in 2000, 2001 and 2003. Now CHP is not filing charges against the driver of the Wrangler at this time, though it is still very early in the investigation and when I briefly talked to the officer in charge, he stated the the driver of the Wrangler is cooperating with authorities and so far, they don't believe that alcohol or drugs played a part in this horrific tragedy.
